DOLA Photography

frequently asked questions

How much are your services?

I have 3 simple wedding photography packages and they all include at least 8 hours of coverage with both me and a second photographer. Wedding day coverage starts at $3600. I also offer a range of a la carte products including wedding albums, heirloom print boxes, canvases and framed prints.

What do your wedding albums look like?

I am thrilled to offer luxury wedding albums made by Queensberry. Each album is handmade in New Zealand with the finest materials; each photograph printed with the knowledge that your album will hold treasured memories forever. The covers are made with leathers from the finest tanneries or the best man-made alternatives. The papers and boards inside come from environmentally sustainable European mills. Wedding albums start at $1100.

What is your photography style?

If I was to describe my style in one word it would be natural. I love using as much available light as possible, and I prefer to capture moments as they naturally happen, although I will give direction during portraits and engagement shoots so you look your best. This blend of both an unobtrusive documentary style and fine art wedding photography concepts leads to modern yet timeless images.

Can I see more photos?

Absolutely! I am more than happy to show you additional examples of my work! Please don't hesitate to ask about this. I need all of my clients to have complete trust in what I will deliver, so I think it's important for anyone inquiring with me to view a full wedding gallery.

Do you always work with a second photographer?

Yes, I do this to ensure we can capture as many candid moments as possible... two different points of view is always better than one!

What about engagement photos?

I include engagement photos in all packages primarily as an opportunity to get to know you better, and also allow you to get to know me better. They are also a great time to do a trial run of your wedding day makeup so you can see how it will photograph.
